The "Sit and Stand" stroller - what a stroller!
Riding into the wild blue yonder!
Oh, the sleepless nights! On top of that, Kevin and I returned home from China ill and needing medicine. Now, a little over two weeks later, Kevin is feeling fine and back at work, and I am feeling better each day but not quite there yet.
Our transition with Eli is going fairly well during the day with occasional tantrums, and this is expected. But oh the nights! We still haven't progressed very far on those, and most people in this household are extremely tired! Actually, I think the only one who doesn't look exhausted is Eli himself!
Yikes - this is a part of the transition I could do without! LOL!

Oh sweet friend,
I will be praying that little Mr. Eli starts sleeping thru the night and sleeping well...so that you can sleep well....
I have to say....when I was younger I could do without much sleep fairly well, but the older I get - Aye-yi-yi!! I need at least 5 hours or I get so tired and cranky.
Our oldest, Abigail (who happens to have turned 27 today) was our worst sleeper of all 10. She never, ever slept. She still doesn't. She broke me in for everyone else. She even screamed the entire way home from the hospital...as a 3 day old...it was like she was bored. Aye-yi-yi. But those sleepless nights were looooonnnnng....so I am praying over here in Colorado!! xo
I feel for ya! Last night Lucy was up about 5 different times. UGH. It's sooo hard! Does Eli take a nap? Sounds like both of you need one. Oh and if all else fails, Benadryl. I'm just sayin.
PRAYING for you all. I know it's hard, believe me...Linzhi was up every night from 12A-4A for about a month. Hang in there, it will get better!!
Much love,
Amy
Oh, am I ever praying for you, Janet. For a night of good sleep. It is SO hard when you're not feeling rested. I know.
We've got a sit and stand stroller, too, and I LOVE it!
It is so hard when you don't get sleep. I'll be praying that Eli will start sleeping through the night- for your sake! ;-)
They are adorable together!!
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear that things have been a bit rough for you guys! Sorry to hear about you and Kevin feeling yucky and the sleeplessness stuff. We can relate to the sickness and the sleeplessness so all I can say is hang in there! Things are starting to get a bit easier for us so I hope they are for you too. Looking at our "Miracle Max" makes it all worth it and I'm sure you feel the same way when you look at your miracles too.
